# Automate Post-Order Management for Subscriptions

Use the Create Assets from a Commerce Order flow to automatically create and update assets related to orders in your B2B store.

1. At the top of the page, click ![Settings icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-comm-264-0-0-production-enus/d863e308-482a-4dfa-8d20-2a94737d394a/comm/images/comm_setup_icon_no_border.png) and select **Setup**.
2. In the Quick Find box, enter and select **Flows** under Process Automation.
3. Find and select **Create Assets from a Commerce Order**.
4. In Flow Builder, click **Save as New Flow**.
5. Enter a name for the flow, and then save your changes.
6. Activate the new flow.
