# Agentforce Revenue Management for B2B Commerce

Create products with personalized offerings that cater to your B2B customers. Present complex product offerings, and validate product selections instantly. Handle complex pricing strategies, and provide advanced configuration, pricing, quoting, and subscription management tools.

## Revenue Management and B2B Commerce Licenses

Revenue Management features for B2B Commerce are available in Salesforce orgs with either a Commerce Growth license or a Commerce Advanced license, along with a Revenue Cloud Advanced license. To purchase these licenses, contact your Salesforce account executive.

To use the Revenue Management features for B2B Commerce, [Enable Revenue Settings](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.qocal_turn_on_quote_and_order_capture.htm&language=en_US).

## Organize Your Catalog with Product Variants in Agentforce Revenue Management

Group related products that share a common identity but differ by specific features under a single parent record. Manage shared product details in one place while each variant maintains its own SKU for inventory, pricing, and quoting. Buyers can select from available variations directly on product detail pages, with real-time inventory and pricing updates.

See [Product Variations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_var_att_intro.htm&language=en_US) and [Create Product Variants in Agentforce Revenue Management](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.product_catalog_create_product_variants_in_revenue_cloud.htm&language=en_US).

## Create, Manage, and Sell Digital Subscriptions

Set up digital products in your store and sell them as one-time, evergreen (non-expiring) or term-based (expiring) subscription products. Buyers can cancel, renew, amend, or change the subscription payment methods. Collect payments based on a defined schedule, and manage subscription pricing policies. Facilitate subscription schedules and create monthly bills by using Agentforce Revenue Management. Buyers can also renew multiple subscriptions in bulk through a single API request.

See [Subscription Products and Pricing for Commerce Stores](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_subscriptions_intro.htm&language=en_US).

Advanced Pricing for Commerce Powered by Revenue Cloud is designed for businesses that require complex pricing modifications and intricate pricing procedures. Customize your pricing logic and calculations with pricing recipes, decision tables, context definitions, and pricing procedures. Control when and how pricing rules, discounts, surcharges, and adjustments are applied based on business conditions. Apply pricing logic consistently across quotes, orders, and subscriptions without custom code.

## Incentivize Bulk Purchases with Tiered Pricing

Implement volume-based discount strategies that automatically adjust pricing based on quantity thresholds. Define multiple pricing tiers with corresponding unit prices or discount percentages. Show tier breakpoints to buyers, encouraging larger orders. Provide enterprise customers with pre-negotiated pricing without manual intervention.

## Sell Configurable Product Bundles on Your B2B Store

Create made-to-order products and work with complex product configurations by using the constraint-based configuration engine. Empower buyers to configure, customize, preview, and purchase product bundles with instant pricing updates. Buyers can purchase complex products without requiring sales assistance.

See [Configurable Product Bundles for B2B Stores](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_product_configurator.htm&language=en_US).

## Streamline Negotiations with Request for Quote

Let buyers initiate price negotiations for high-value or complex purchases directly from their cart. Integrate your store with Agentforce Revenue Management to review requests, adjust pricing or quantities, and track quote statuses throughout the negotiation lifecycle.

See [Request for Quote](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_request_for_quote.htm&language=en_US).

## Control Product Access Dynamically with Qualification Rules

Manage product visibility in catalogs with qualification rules. These rules dynamically evaluate the product visibility for buyer groups based on their account data. Automate product and category eligibility instead of manually maintaining entitlement policies.
