# Request for Quote

With Request for Quote, buyers in B2B stores can request quotes for complex or high-value purchases directly from their cart. You can review and manage the quotes in Sales Cloud or Agentforce Revenue Management. This streamlined negotiation process provides insights into buyer intent to help you close deals faster.

The process involves these stages:

- The buyer adds products to the cart and submits a quote request with quantities and target pricing.
- The sales reps review and update pricing, discounts, quantities, or status. Buyers see the status updates on the store.
- After the sales rep approves the quote, the buyer can either accept the quote and proceed to purchase or renegotiate it. If the buyer accepts the quote, the quoted items are added to the cart at the approved price. If the buyer chooses to renegotiate, they can add comments, and the sales rep reviews the request again.
