You can manually enter translated text for promotion names, display names, and terms
and conditions if you have Data Translation enabled.
Required Editions

Go to the promotion that you want to add translations to.

On the Translations tab, click Add Translation.
The Translations tab is available only if you have Data Translation enabled for your
org.

Select the language, and enter the translated text.

Click Save.

To load the translation, refresh the store page.
