Which Salesforce Commerce Product Do I Have?
Here are some ways that you can customize promotions in Experience Builder.
- Highlight product- and order-level savings by modifying the Cart and Promotions components on the Cart page.
- Add a Coupons component to let customers apply manual promotions to their cart.
- Show a promotion subtotal in the Cart Summary component.
- (D2C Commerce only) Change the promotional pricing text color and choose when to combine all promotions into a total percentage on a Product Card component in a Search, Category, or Product page.
- Add the Approaching Discounts component to the Cart and other store pages to alert customers that their cart amount is approaching a discount.
- To change the name of a non-purchasable or $0.00 SKU product used in a bonus product promotion, edit the Unavailable Price Label in the Product Card component. For example, label the bonus product Gift, Free, or Bonus.
