# Search Intelligence Analytics Dashboard for B2B Stores

Monitor and analyze your storefront's search performance with the Search Intelligence dashboard to understand shopper search behavior and optimize search results. The Search Intelligence dashboard provides comprehensive analytics about how shoppers search. Use these insights to identify search terms that return no results, track click-through rates, and understand search trends over time. This data helps you improve product findability and optimize the search experience.

Before you can view Search Intelligence dashboards, [Set Up Data 360 for B2B Commerce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_datacloud_commerce_setup_b2b_d2c.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Integrate B2B Commerce with Data 360 to gain key business insights and unlock valuable analytics, personalization and automation capabilities for your store.").

Note Search terms are normalized by case and trailing spaces, so “Shoes” and “shoes” are considered as one term. Misspellings, word stems, and synonyms aren't normalized and appear as separate terms.

Use filters to select specific time periods and stores and see high-level statistics about:

- Total searches performed on your site
- Searches that returned at least one product result
- Searches that returned zero results, and
- The percentage of searches where shoppers clicked at least one search result.
