# Enable Cart Sharing

Enable buyers to share carts in your B2B Commerce store from the store settings. Turn on this setting to ensure that buyers can share carts with other collaborators. You can also view shared cart history and track collaborator actions using the Shared Cart Activity component.

Any changes to cart permissions apply only to new carts. Existing shared carts retain the permissions that were set at the time of sharing the cart.

Before you begin, enable advanced carts for B2B buyers. See [Enable Advanced Carts for B2B Buyers](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_customize_enablemulticart.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Configure your store to allow buyers to organize their purchases into independent project-based carts. After the advanced cart feature is enabled in your store, use Experience Builder to add advanced cart management components to your store.").

1. In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
2. Go to **Settings** | **Store**, and click **Cart**.
3. To enable cart sharing, turn on **Share Cart**.
4. Under Share Permission Options, select the permissions available to collaborators on shared carts.
5. Save your changes.
6. To show buyers a cart's sharing history, follow these steps.
    1. In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
    2. Click **Experience Builder**.
    3. From the Pages list, open the Cart page.
    4. In the Cart Summary component, drag the Shared Cart Activity component.
        
        The component appears as a View Share History field on the cart page.
    5. Preview the site and publish your store.
