Enable your B2B store to show pending and failed orders in Order History. Pending and failed orders prior to Winter '27 aren't included in Order History.

Note The cart date source provides information about pending and failed orders. If you delete pending or failed carts, then the information about the orders related to those carts isn't listed in the Order History and Order Summary pages, and the OrderSummaryCollection and OrderSummaryLookup APIs don't return information about these orders.

1. In the navigation sidebar, click **Experience Builder**.
2. Click **Components**.
3. Drag and drop the Order List component on the Order Summary List page in your store.
4. In the component settings, select **Show Pending and Failed Orders**.

All pending and failed orders created after the setting is enabled are listed in Order History.
5. (Optional) In Experience Builder, go to the Order Summary List page. In the Order Summary components setting, under tooltip, enable Show tooltip, and add a tooltip message to display when the order is pending or has failed.
6. In Experience Builder, open the Order Summary Details page.
7. Remove the Shipment Tracking component and add it back in.

If you've customized the Shipment Tracking component and want to retain your customizations, click the Text Box in the Shipment Tracking component, and in the settings, change the value of Text or Expression to

    Details.fields.Status.text.
8. (Optional) In the Shipment Tracking component settings, under the Tooltip section, enable Show Tooltip, and add a tooltip message for when the order is pending or has failed.
9. Preview your page to make sure that everything looks correct, and then publish your changes.
