# Add a Buyer for a B2B Store

You can add buyers in different ways. You can add a buyer from your Customer workspace or enable a business or person account.

    The simplest way to add a buyer is to create the buyer account from the Customer workspace.

    One way to add a buyer is to enable a person account as a buyer account and a customer user. The individual identified in the person account has access to stores related to the account’s buyer group. When you enable a person account as a buyer, you can't convert the person account to a business account. You also can't merge the account with other accounts. To merge or convert the account, you must disable it as a buyer, merge or convert the account, and then reenable it as a buyer.
