# Launch Agentforce Merchandising for B2B Stores

Before launching an agent, test it to ensure good performance. After Merchandising Agent is live, depending on the topics you selected, the agent can help you create promotions or get insights about how to improve KPIs.

1. Test the Agent actions.
    
    Test the agent to confirm that it understands a user’s request or instruction and launches the correct actions. Review whether the responses are helpful and accurate.
    
    1. At the top of the page, click ![Setup icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-comm-264-0-0-production-enus/d863e308-482a-4dfa-8d20-2a94737d394a/comm/images/comm_setup_icon_no_border.png) and select **Setup**.
    2. In the Quick Find box, enter `Agentforce Agents`, and then select **Agentforce Agents**.
    3. Click Agentforce (Default).
    4. On the Agent Details page, click **Open in Builder**.
    5. Test the agent actions.
        
        In the Conversation Preview window, enter some text in the dialog box. Use natural language to try out Commerce Promotions and Insights Business Objectives topics.
    6. Follow the prompts from Einstein as you fine-tune your request.
    7. Review the list of actions taken to get the response. Continue this process until you’ve reviewed the necessary test cases to ensure a good experience for agent users.
2. When you’re ready, **Activate** the agent.
    
    After the agent is activated, it’s immediately available to the users who you’ve given access to.
3. To interact with the agent, click the Einstein logo ![Einstein logo](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-comm-264-0-0-production-enus/d863e308-482a-4dfa-8d20-2a94737d394a/comm/images/comm_einstein_icon.jpg) in Lightning and type a phrase, also known as an utterance, to get started.
