# Advanced Pricing for Commerce Powered by Revenue Cloud

Advanced Pricing for Commerce Powered by Revenue Cloud is required in order to use these B2B Commerce features:

- Subscriptions: Sell subscription products and manage pricing configurations to charge buyers on a defined schedule. See [Subscription Products and Pricing for B2B Stores](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_subscriptions_intro.htm&language=en_US).
- Configurable products and bundles: Calculate prices for configurable products and bundles based on the specific configuration chosen by the buyer. See [Configurable Products and Bundles for B2B Stores](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_product_configurator.htm&language=en_US).
- Context definition extension: Customize pricing rules by integrating custom Account and Product attributes. See [Use Custom Fields in B2B Pricing Procedure](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_pricing_context_extension.htm&language=en_US).

[Which Salesforce Commerce Product Do I Have?](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_what_product.htm&language=en_US)

Advanced Pricing for Commerce uses Revenue Cloud’s Salesforce Pricing. This feature is included in orgs with either a Commerce Growth or a Commerce Advanced license, along with a Revenue Cloud Advanced license. To purchase these licenses, contact your Salesforce account representative. For foundational concepts and detailed setup of pricing components, such as Pricing Recipes and Pricing Procedures, see [Salesforce Pricing](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.pricing_salesforce_pricing.htm&language=en_US).

Advanced Pricing overrides the standard pricing for all products in your store. For standard pricing strategies and procedures, see [Commerce Pricing](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_commerce_pricebooks.htm&language=en_US).

When you configure Advanced Pricing, these elements power your B2B store’s pricing logic:

- Pricing Recipes: Create and manage pricing strategies by grouping the decision tables that serve as the data source for your pricing infrastructure. See [Pricing Recipes Setup](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.pricing_pricing_recipes.htm&language=en_US).
- Decision Tables: Simplify and organize complex pricing logic into a clear structure to manage rules without hard coding conditional statements. See [Decision Tables](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.pricing_create_or_use_predefined_lookup_tables.htm&language=en_US).
- Pricing Procedures: Implement dynamic pricing rules and calculate a product’s final price by using data from decision tables, formulas, and custom objects. See [Build Your Pricing Procedures Using Salesforce Pricing](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.pricing_pricing_procedures.htm&language=en_US).
- Context Definitions: Gather and map the required data from your Salesforce objects, so your pricing procedures have the information they need to run. See [Context Definitions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.pricing_create_context_definitions.htm&language=en_US).

If your org uses both Revenue Cloud and Commerce, see [Considerations for Working with Multiple Pricing Recipes](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_multiple_pricing_recipes_considerations.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "If your org uses both Revenue Cloud and B2B Commerce, you likely have a Revenue Cloud default pricing recipe and a B2B Commerce default recipe. Note these considerations when managing multiple pricing recipes:").

Note To turn on multicurrency in your org that has active pricing procedures linked to predefined Salesforce Pricing lookup tables, deactivate your pricing procedure, turn on multicurrency, and then activate your pricing procedure.

- **[Configure Advanced Pricing for Commerce in Your B2B Store](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_enable_commerce_pricing_elements_in_your_b2b_or_d2c_store.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Configure Advanced Pricing powered by Revenue Cloud in order to use several Commerce features, including subscriptions and product configurator.
- **[Refresh B2B Store Pricing Decision Tables](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_refresh_your_b2b_or_d2c_store_pricing_decision_table.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
To ensure accurate price calculations, map your price records to the correct pricing logic. Use the table to identify which Decision Table handles each pricing component type.
- **[Use Custom Fields in B2B Pricing Procedure](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_pricing_context_extension.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Customize pricing rules by integrating custom fields into your pricing procedure. Extend the standard Commerce context definition to add your custom Account and Product attributes, such as Loyalty Status or Product Capacity. Map these attributes to the pricing context so they're available for use in your pricing procedure.
- **[Pricing Procedure Plans for B2B Stores](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_pricing_procedure_plans.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use procedure plans to customize how prices are calculated in your B2B store. A procedure plan is a framework that combines your pricing procedure with optional custom code (Apex hooks). The procedure plan defines the sequence that your custom logic and pricing procedure follow to calculate the final price.
- **[Contract-Based Pricing for B2B Stores](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_contract_based_pricing.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Create custom pricing contracts to offer negotiated prices to buyers. Override standard prices with contract pricing for selected products, so buyers automatically see their agreed rates across the store pages. Use this feature to manage complex pricing scenarios where different customers receive different prices.
- **[Considerations for Working with Multiple Pricing Recipes](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.comm_multiple_pricing_recipes_considerations.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
If your org uses both Revenue Cloud and B2B Commerce, you likely have a Revenue Cloud default pricing recipe and a B2B Commerce default recipe. Note these considerations when managing multiple pricing recipes:
