# Review Storefront Conversion Performance with the Shopper Journey Dashboard

You can use the new Shopper Journey dashboard to evaluate the conversion success rate of your storefront.

Why: The dashboard provides conversion rate data for total shopper visits. And it gives percentage and totals for cart, checkout, and order conversions. You can also review conversion data for the checkout steps that you configured.

How: To access the Shopper Journey dashboard, log in to Salesforce B2C Commerce Reports & Dashboards, select the Traffic dashboard tab, and then select the Shopper Journey tab.
