New Account Manager users can now use using their Account Manager username and password to link their account with Salesforce Identity or a third party IDM (for example, OKTA) for SSO/federation. Previously, users were required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to link to Salesforce Identity or a third party IDM for SSO/federation.
