# Access Key Resources in the New Business Manager UI (Beta)

The new B2C Commerce Business Manager user interface (UI) was introduced as an open option in release 24.9. Release 24.10 includes improvements and several new features.

**Why:** The enhancements and features include:

- Guidance Center in the header–Find references to the most important product enablement information and Trailhead assistance by clicking the icons in the upper-right corner of the header.
- Insights on the Admin home page–In addition to favorites and alerts, the Administration home page shows operational metrics.
- Alerts in header–Access alerts from any Business Manager page. The alerts icon is integrated into the header next to the My Profile setting.
- New footer–View instance information, including the version, default time zone, and POD ID number, in the footer.
- New icons–The left navigation includes icons that represent common Salesforce usage.

**How:** To use the new UI, in Business Manager, select **Administration** | **Global Preferences** | **Feature Switches** | **Enable New Business Manager UI (Beta)**.

Enable the feature toggle.

When the toggle is on as a global preference, every user can switch to the new UI in their My Profile settings. A user can switch back to the classic UI if something isn’t working as expected.
