- Access Developer Documentation in a Unified Location
In response to your feedback, we have combined the developer documentation for B2C Commerce, B2C Commerce API (SCAPI), and Composable Storefront into a single table of contents. You can now find what you need faster without switching contexts between product guides. A centralized API reference page also provides a single starting point for technical specifications. - Launch Agentforce for B2C Commerce from More Places in Your SFRA Storefront
Give your customers more ways to chat with the Shopping Agent for B2C Commerce by selecting different launch locations. Add agent access from an icon in the site header, from a shopper's search suggestions, or a floating icon at the bottom of each storefront page. - Guide Shoppers to Manually Add Coupons
The B2C guided shopping agent now helps shoppers manually apply coupons to the cart and clearly shows complex discounts in the cart summary and order confirmation pages. To enable the B2C Commerce Coupon Management agent topic, contact your Salesforce account executive. - Help Shoppers Find Products Faster with Guided Questions
Streamline the shopping experience with intelligent, guided search options. The B2C shopping agent prompts shoppers with relevant search results and follow up questions, leading shoppers to find the right product faster. For example, if a shopper searches for running shoes, the agent displays a list of running shoes and then asks follow-up questions based on the surface type, such as trail, road, or track. - Add Adyen as a Salesforce Payments Option
Integrate your existing Adyen merchant accounts into Salesforce Payments for B2C Commerce. Unify payment processing by managing all your accounts natively within Salesforce. - Access Site Controls from the Administration App
Access the Site Selector, Storefront Preview, and Toolkit controls directly from the Administration app in Business Manager. You no longer need to switch to the Merchant Tools app, making it easier to preview your storefront and complete other site management tasks. - Get Consistent Storefront Preview URLs
Storefront preview URLs from Business Manager are now reliable and reflect the live storefront experience. The preview URL is generated based on the vanity hostname defined as the SEO alias instead of using the generic hostname. This improved consistency also applies to previews generated from the list and detail pages for Product and Content in Business Manager. - Automatically Recover Inventory Availability After an Interruption
Omnichannel Inventory now triggers a recovery when a data stream interruption is detected, thus preventing gaps in availability updates. The recovery uses one of the two simultaneous export slots. If you use custom processes for full Omnichannel Inventory availability exports, review potential resource contention. - Use Analytics and Data Features in Non-Production Environments
Test integrations, validate dataflows, and develop configurations with non-production B2C Commerce instances. - Streamline Subdomain Management with Wildcard Custom Hostnames
You can now use a single wildcard configuration in eCDN to cover multiple subdomains. For example, setting up *.merchantsite.com manages hostnames like shop.merchantsite.com and blog.merchantsite.com. This reduces the overhead of managing multiple custom hostnames. - Manage eCDN Rate Limits in Business Manager
You can now configure and manage embedded CDN rate limits directly in Business Manager. Previously, these settings were only accessible via the CDN Zones API. Use the intuitive interface to adjust rate limits quickly, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with traffic management policies.
