# Speed Up Catalog Data Replication

Configure your data replication processes to replicate only catalog data and exclude static content such as images. This configuration reduces replication time, especially for large catalogs.

**Where:** This change applies to B2C Commerce.

**How:** To replicate only catalog data, use one of these options.

- In Business Manager, click App Launcher, and then select **Administration** | **Replication** | **Data Replication**. Click **New**, and select a Target and Page Cache invalidation option. For the Global replication task, deselect **Static content** for all or individual catalogs.
- In the ExecuteDataReplication Job Step, select the catalogs that you want to exclude static content from during replication, and set the ReplicationConfiguration parameter to `exclude-static`.
