# Improve Guided Shopping with the New Agent Template for B2C Commerce

The new agent template includes more topics and actions for B2C Commerce shoppers. The Agent’s product search capabilities now include images, rich content, category and facet filters, and multiple languages. Also, visual components are available for carousels, product details, cart, and order confirmation.

**Where:** This change applies to B2C Commerce and requires Service Cloud or Sales Cloud in Unlimited, Performance, or Enterprise editions.

**When:** These features are available mid-September 2025.

**Who:** This change is available to customers with a B2C Commerce Cloud license and the Agentforce add-on.

**How:** In your Salesforce org, go to **Setup** | **Agentforce Studio**, and configure an agent using the Guided Shopping for B2C Storefronts template.

- For a composable storefront that uses a PWA kit, these actions are supported: Product Search, Product FAQ, Site FAQ, Add To Cart, Edit Cart, View Cart, Order Confirmation.
- For an SFRA storefront, these actions are supported: Product Search, Product FAQ, and Site FAQ.
