# B2C Commerce Reports and Dashboards Technical Report Enhancements

Identify performance and scalability issues with metrics added to the Reports and Dashboards Technical reports tab.

Why: The additional metrics help customers to identify any problem areas. These new metrics include:

- Total processing time per controller
- Total processing percent per controller
- Main Controller Requests view: number of average includes per individual main pipeline
- Total own time and average own time
- Usage for remote includes
- Total processing time and percent for includes
- Remote-include only view
- Uncached pipeline view
