# Identify Uninvited Account Manager Users with the External User List

You can now use the External User tab in Account Manager to view and manage uninvited users who still have access to your Business Manager instances. Account Manager administrators can decide to either revoke their access or invite them to join your organization.

**Why:** This update helps you maintain better control over who has access to your Business Manager instances, ensuring that only authorized users can access your data.

**How:** The External User tab is only displayed when your organization has uninvited users. Account Manager administrators can access the External User tab to see a list of uninvited users. To keep your data safe, Salesforce asks that you ‌either revoke their access or invite them to join your organization. After all listed users have been managed, the External User tab disappears.
