# Account Manager 3.1

The B2C Commerce Account Manager 3.1 is available on September 24, 2025. This release delivers:

- Security Fixes
- Bug Fixes
- Infrastructure updates

- **[Create Multiple User Accounts with Subaddressing](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.account_manager_rn_subaddressing.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use a single email inbox for multiple user accounts and assign specific roles based on the subaddress. Enhance security and simplify partner management by creating customer-specific subaddresses with limited roles, giving partners a single email inbox with distinct, traceable accounts for each customer relationship. You can also create separate user accounts for different functions, such as development, testing, and administration. Before setting up this feature, confirm that your email provider supports email subaddresses.
- **[Disable Inactive Users by Default](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.account_manager_rn_inactive_users.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
To improve security, new Account Manager organizations now disable inactive user accounts after 90 days by default. You can turn this setting off or adjust the number of inactive days before an account is disabled in Account Manager Organization settings.
