# Track and Manage Coupon Redemptions for B2C Storefronts

View coupon redemptions to track and manage who redeems coupons and when. You can search and analyze redemption data across all coupons, or view a coupon-specific redemption. You can also remove a shopper's email address from redeemed coupons. A redemption is tied to an order. The redemption is deleted if a shopper deletes their order. Deleted coupons and codes don't affect redeemed coupons.

You can't replicate coupon redemption data between staging and production. B2C Commerce treats redemptions as production data. You can test coupon behavior in staging, but only production creates the real, enforceable redemption records for limits and tracking.

Note Test coupon redemptions in the staging instance, but manage real-time coupons in the production instance.

1. Click App Launcher ![App Launcher](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-cc-b2c_merchandiser_administrator-264-0-0-production-enus/ea76f372-6cfa-42a6-8e7c-05c6df7abed8/cc/b2c_merchandiser_administrator/images/appLauncher.png), and then select **site** | **Merchant Tools** | **Online Marketing** | **Coupons**.
2. Click **View Redemptions**.
3. On the Redemptions page, complete the following tasks.
    
    - View all coupon redemptions, and sort the entries by the headers.
    - View redemptions for a specific coupon by clicking the coupon ID.
    - View a redemption by code, order number, time, or customer, represented by an email address.
    
    Updates to a coupon's total redemptions can experience a delay of up to an hour.
4. To remove a shopper's email address from past redemption data, click **Forget Email**.
    
    The email address is masked on all coupon redemptions, and you can no longer search redeemed coupons tied to the deleted email address.
