# View Real-Time Performance Dashboard

All users can use the B2C Commerce Reports & Dashboards Real-Time Performance dashboards to view live sales metrics, such as the number of orders and baskets created. To view performance metrics, you must have either the Performance User or the Customer Manager role. Change the span of time to display for each metric.

Note The Real-Time Performance dashboard is available only for production instances. It is not available for non-production instances such as on-demand sandboxes (ODS), Development instances, or Staging instances.

1. On the Real-Time tab, select **Sales** or **Performance**.
2. Set the metric view to 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks.
3. To view the date, time, and measurement for each metric, hover over a graph.
4. Drag over a graph to zoom in on specific dates and times.
5. To reset the view, double-click the graph.

    Note The graph view is reset when the graph updates.
