# B2C Shopper Agent | Site FAQ Subagent

The Site FAQ subagent answers shopper questions about store policies, such as FAQs, shipping costs, return time frames, and refunds. It draws answers only from connected knowledge bases and returns a graceful response when it can't find a match.

To customize this subagent:

- Replace `__SITE_FAQ_CONTENT__` with your store's policy and FAQ content files. The subagent answers from these sources. Alternatively, connect the subagent to a knowledge base and use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to get answers. Use these actions to configure subagent behavior. knowledge section with these fields.
    - `rag_feature_config_id`—identifies the RAG feature configuration to use.
    - `citations_url`—base URL for source citations.
    - `citations_enabled`—turns source citations on or off.
- Modify the instructions to adjust the tone of the information presented, and the formatting, such as bullets instead of prose. If the agent can't find an answer, you can configure the subagent's return message.
