# Retrieve Customer Data Snapshots in B2C Commerce

Retrieve customer data snapshots.

- Click App Launcher ![App Launcher](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-cc-b2c_merchandiser_administrator-264-0-0-production-enus/ea76f372-6cfa-42a6-8e7c-05c6df7abed8/cc/b2c_merchandiser_administrator/images/appLauncher.png), and then select **Merchant Tools** | **Customers** | **Snapshots**.
- Click the History tab to view a list of existing snapshots.
- To access a snapshot's files, click **Open Snapshot Directory** next to the snapshot. You must have WebDAV credentials to access the directory.

    Note If the the system is still generating the snapshot, the export.json file contains information on the status of its processes.

    Note If once the snapshot is complete, a file is empty, or isn't present, then no relevant data of that type was found.
