# Gift Certificate Site Preferences for B2C Commerce

Set the site preferences that control gift certificate emails and exports in Business Manager, including the sender name and email, the ISML email template, whether certificate codes are masked, and whether the merchant ID is exported.

1. In Business Manager, click App Launcher ![App Launcher](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-cc-b2c_merchandiser_administrator-264-0-0-production-enus/ea76f372-6cfa-42a6-8e7c-05c6df7abed8/cc/b2c_merchandiser_administrator/images/appLauncher.png), and then select **Merchant Tools** | **site** | **Site Preferences** | **Gift Certificates**
2. Enter or select the following settings: <table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small ">
          <tbody><tr class="">
            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-option" id="d197775e65">Sender Name</td>

            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-desc d197775e65">Appears on emails sent from Salesforce B2C Commerce to the
              shopper.</td>

          </tr>
          <tr class="">
            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-option" id="d197775e74">Sender Email</td>

            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-desc d197775e74">Return address. Appears on emails sent from B2C Commerce to the
              shopper.</td>

          </tr>
          <tr class="">
            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-option" id="d197775e83">Email Template</td>

            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-desc d197775e83">Name of the Internet Store Markup Language (ISML) template used to format
              the email (or template of your choice).</td>

            <td style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d197775e61-desc d197775e92">
              <p>Controls whether to export gift certificate codes in clear text or
                masked.</p>
              <ul>
                <li>True: masks all but the first four characters of a gift certificate
                  code</li>

                <li>False: shows all characters of gift certificate codes in clear text</li>

              </ul>

3. Click **Apply**.
