# Enable Searching for a Page Designer Page

Make a B2C Commerce Page Designer page discoverable in storefront site search. In Page Settings, mark the page searchable, add it to the sitemap, and assign search keywords so customers find it when they search your storefront.

Before you can make a page searchable, a Page Designer developer must implement and configure searching for your Page Designer pages.

See [Search Configuration for Page Designer Pages](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/commerce/b2c-commerce/guide/b2c-dev-for-page-designer.html#search-configuration-for-page-designer-pages) for information about the development work required to implement searching.

1. From the visual editor, open the page.
2. Click the Page Settings icon. ![Icon that opens Page Settings window.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-cc-b2c_merchandiser_administrator-264-0-0-production-enus/ea76f372-6cfa-42a6-8e7c-05c6df7abed8/cc/b2c_merchandiser_administrator/images/b2c_page_designer_page_settings_icon.png)
3. Click **Site Search**.
4. To make the page searchable, select **Page searchable in storefront**.

When checked, B2C Commerce indexes the Name, ID, and Page Description attributes. Select them in Searchable Attributes in Business Manager.
5. As a best practice, select **Page included in sitemap**, which allows search engines to crawl the site more efficiently.
6. As a best practice, enter one or more **Search Keywords** that you expect the customer to enter when searching for a page.

Separate multiple keywords using a space or comma.
7. Click **Save**.
8. As a best practice, make sure Name and Description are included as content index attributes.
