# Install the Data Kit

The data kit makes it easy to define a data stream in Data 360 from B2C Commerce. It also makes it easy to configure a connector with the correct schema and mappings.

Important All components installed with the data kit are immutable and can't be customized. To modify a component — for example, to add or change field mappings — create the component manually using Visual Builder in Data Cloud instead of installing it from the data kit.

1. Open a browser window, and follow this [link](https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tWs000000cTH7IAM).
2. Log into your Salesforce (Data 360) org.
3. Select **Install for All Users**.
4. Accept the acknowledgement.
5. Click **Upgrade**.
