# Add a Content Block to a Page

Drag a saved content block from the Content Blocks toolbar onto a B2C Commerce Page Designer page to reuse the same content across pages. After you add a block, future edits to the block automatically appear on every page where the block is used.

Before you begin, create at least one content block. See [Create a Content Block](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=cc.b2c_cb_save_as.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Create a content block by saving a component in B2C Commerce Page Designer. The content block retains the component's content, attribute values, and targeting rules.").

1. In Page Designer, open the page where you want to add the content block.
2. Click the Content Blocks icon in the left toolbar.
    
    The menu shows available content blocks. Alternatively, open the Page Structure panel and click **+** where you want to add the content block. Content blocks appear under **Content Blocks**.
3. Drag the content block to the page or into a component region.
4. Click **Save**.

The content block appears with a purple highlight border and special icon. Future edits to this block automatically appear on all pages where it's used.
