# Archive a Promotion in B2C Commerce

Archive an expired promotion to avoid cluttering your promotion list, and keep only your active promotions front and center. When you archive a promotion, locate it using a filter.

1. Click App Launcher ![App Launcher](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-cc-b2c_merchandiser_administrator-264-0-0-production-enus/ea76f372-6cfa-42a6-8e7c-05c6df7abed8/cc/b2c_merchandiser_administrator/images/appLauncher.png), and then select **Merchant Tools** | **Site** | **Online Marketing** | **Promotions**.
2. Select a promotion to archive.
3. Click **More** on the left of the page.
4. Click **Archive**.
5. To view archived promotions:
    1. Open the search filter and select **Archived**.
    2. Select **Yes**.
6. To unarchive promotions:
    1. Search for archived promotions.
    2. Click the **More** button on the left of the page.
    3. Click **Unarchive**.
