# Share Assets from an Exploratory Org

Foster a collaborative environment for data exploration and analysis by sharing assets organized in workspaces. Sharing enables colleagues to view, interact with, and contribute to the content you create.

### Required Editions

1. Open a workspace and click **Share**.
2. On the Manage Access tab, enter the name of the Tableau Next Analyst user you want to share with, then select the user.
3. Select the **Viewer** or **Editor** role for the user.
4. Click **Add**.
5. Click **Done** when finished.

    Note If a shared workspace references assets in other Exploratory org workspaces, recipients without appropriate permissions view only the assets they’re authorized to access.
