# Change the Time Range for Tableau Next Metrics You Follow

You can set a default time range for individual Tableau Next metrics, and you can set a dynamic time range for all metrics that you follow.

### Required Editions

    You can change the time range analyzed for a Tableau Next metric that you follow by setting a default time range. After setting a default time range, the metric uses that time range everywhere you see metrics that you follow—on your Following page and on mobile.
