# Get Tableau Next Data Alerts from Agentforce in Slack

When you create data alerts by using Agentforce, your alerts appear under Notifications in Tableau Next. And with help from an admin, you can also receive data alerts in Slack. When the conditions of the alert are met, Agentforce sends an alert to Tableau Next and Slack with insights about what contributed to the change.

To use Data Alerting, an admin must [Enable Slack for Tableau Next](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.tua_admin_enable_slack_collab.htm&language=en_US).

1. From Tableau Next, open a metric or semantic data model (SDM) that you want to receive notifications for.
2. Click the Agentforce button ![Agentforce icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-analytics-tua-264-0-0-production-enus/d794334f-d174-49d3-a4d2-a615bd2e54aa/tua/images/agentforce_icon.png) to open the Agentforce panel.

You can view, test, or delete your data alerts from Tableau Next.
