# Draft Calculated Field Descriptions with AI Semantic Description Generator (Beta)

Quickly draft detailed descriptions for calculated fields by using AI Semantic Description Generator (Beta). Review and save the suggested descriptions to ensure your agents use precise metadata for optimal accuracy.

Note AI Semantic Description Generator is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, the Non-GA Gen AI and the Non-GA Open AI LLM Provider, and the Non-GA Credit Consumption terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion. By clicking Install, you agree to the aforementioned terms.

1. From the assets list, select your semantic model.
2. Create a new calculated field or select an existing calculated field.
3. In the Edit Calculated Field window, click the sparkle **Generate** button that appears in the description field. An icon appears above the field to indicate that Einstein generated the text.
4. Review the generated description for accuracy and context, and make any necessary edits.
5. Save your work.
