# Download a Snapshot of a Dashboard

You can download a snapshot image of a dashboard to a .png file. The snapshot is taken while running the item with your filters and the latest data.

### Required Editions

Note The download service requires that the CRM Analytics for Slack app is enabled in Salesforce Setup. For more information, see [Enable Salesforce for Slack Integrations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=slack.slack_apps_enable.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

1. Locate the dashboard that you want to capture.
2. If the dashboard is scrollable, set up the view you want for the download. The snapshot image includes only what is visible on your screen.
3. From the dropdown menu on the dashboard, select **Download Image**.

The .png file is added to your Downloads folder.
