# Restructure and Format Tableau Next Dashboard Layouts with Multi-Widget Selection

Drag a selection box around multiple dashboard widgets to format, move, duplicate, or delete them simultaneously. This multi-select capability eliminates the need to modify elements individually, accelerating layout adjustments across your dashboard.

    1. Click individually: Press and hold **Command** (macOS) or **Control** (Windows) on your keyboard, then click each widget you want to include.
    2. Drag to select: Click and drag your mouse pointer to draw a selection box around the group of widgets.
2. Perform your collective editing changes across the entire selected group in a single action.
