# Create a Lightning Report or Dashboard Folder

You can create folders to organize Lightning reports and dashboards.

### Required Editions

1. On the Analytics tab, select **Create** | **Lightning** | **Folder**, or on the Reports or Dashboards tab, click **New Folder**.
2. Name the folder. The folder name must be unique across all report and dashboard folders.
3. Click **Save**.
