# Considerations and Limitations for Dashboard Widget Subscriptions in Experience Cloud Sites (Beta)

Keep these considerations and limitations in mind when subscribing to CRM Analytics dashboard widgets in Experience Cloud sites.

### Required Editions

## Considerations

- Subscriptions enforce row-level sharing and security rules from datasets so that community users receive only the data they can access.
- Only authenticated community users with a Customer or Partner license can subscribe to dashboard widgets. Unauthenticated guest users can't subscribe.
- If you lose access to a dashboard, your subscription becomes invalid and stops sending updates.
- Widget subscriptions are snapshots of the query at the time of subscription. They don't update if the dashboard layout or widget properties change.
- You receive subscription updates via email based on the time zone in your profile.
- Manage your subscriptions on the My Subscriptions portal page, where you can edit, pause, or cancel your schedules.
- Subscriptions are personal to you and can't be shared with other community users.

## Limitations

- To maintain performance for all users, orgs are limited to 100 subscription runs per hour.
- You can have up to 20 dashboard widget subscriptions.
- You can't subscribe to widgets powered by SOQL, Apex, Direct, or CRM Analytics Direct queries.
- Individual .csv table attachments are limited to 3 MB each. The total combined size of all attachments in a single subscription email is up to 15 MB.
- Subscriptions are unavailable for Map widgets or in dashboards created in orgs where CRM Analytics time zones are turned on.
- Subscription previews and emails don't include custom tooltips on number widgets.
- To limit overall email size, charts in subscription emails render within defined width and height dimensions.
