# Delete a Recipe

Delete recipes that you no longer need. Deleting a recipe doesn’t delete its target dataset.

1. In Data Manager, click **Recipes**.
2. Next to the recipe to delete, click ![Actions button](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-analytics-bi-264-0-0-production-enus/ec791473-f5b4-4f64-a656-9104f455d966/resources-global/analytics/images/actions_button.png) and select **Delete**.

    A record of the deletion is added to the Salesforce setup audit trail.
