- **[Run a Recipe Manually](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_integrate_job_recipe_run.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Run a CRM Analytics recipe for the first time to create the datasets it defines. Run it again to update the dataset with the latest synced data.
- **[Schedule a Recipe to Run Automatically](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_integrate_job_recipe_schedule.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can schedule a CRM Analytics recipe to run at a specific time or after an event. Use time-based scheduling to ensure that fresh data is available by a particular time or to run the job during non-business hours. You can schedule a recipe to run hourly, weekly, monthly, or on specific days of the week or dates. Use event-based scheduling to run a recipe after the sync runs to ensure that datasets include the latest data. If you split data prep across multiple recipes, use event-based scheduling to chain these recipes together to obtain the desired outcome automatically.
- **[Export a Recipe Schedule](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_integrate_job_recipe_schedule_export.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Export your CRM Analytics recipe schedules as calendar format (ICS) for quick reference and visibility in your calendar. For instance, share a recipe's run schedule with stakeholders in other teams to coordinate data readiness and reporting deadlines.
- **[Monitor a Recipe Job](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_integrate_job_recipe_monitor.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The Jobs subtab on the Monitor tab shows the status of data sync and recipe CRM Analytics jobs. You can view error messages about a job, view the run-time details about every transformation that is processed, and monitor the number of jobs remaining from your org’s 24-hour limit.
- **[Use the Recipe Inspector](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_integrate_job_recipe_inspector.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use the CRM Analytics recipe inspector to troubleshoot issues and improve performance. Deep-dive into your recipe jobs to view the detailed information at each stage of the flow. Monitor individual node performance and status. You can quickly identify a slow join or a transformation node that failed to make fixes immediately.
- **[Set Recipe Notifications](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_integrate_job_recipe_notifications.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
