The skill doesn’t appear in the slash-command list
Confirm the following:
- The skill is published.
- The skill is in My Skills.
- The skill’s scope matches the current agent, such as Coworker.
- You have the AI Skill User permission set.
The shared skill doesn’t appear in My Skills
If a shared skill doesn’t appear in My Skills, then open Browse and turn on Add to My Skills. Sharing grants access. It doesn’t add the skill to My Skills.
Users can’t create skills
If users can’t create skills, then confirm that the AI Skill User or AI Skill Manager permission set is assigned, that the required add-on is provisioned, and that Einstein Generative AI is on.
Skill Builder doesn’t load
If Skill Builder doesn’t load, then refresh the page, clear the browser cache, and confirm permissions. If the message We couldn’t load this skill appears, then confirm that you have access to the skill.
The skill returns an inaccurate response
If the skill returns an inaccurate response, then make the instructions more specific, confirm agent actions and scope, and add context.
Shared skill is read-only
If you can’t edit a skill that was shared with you, then the access is Read only. Ask the owner for Read and write, or click Make a Copy.
