Create a copy of a skill so that you own it and can edit it.

### Required Editions

Note

Click **Save** before you copy the skill. The copy includes saved content only. If the skill is shared as **Read only**, the copy is an editable skill that you own.

1. Open the skill in Skill Builder.
2. Click the additional options menu.
3. Click **Make a Copy**.

You own the copy, and the copy is in **My Skills**.
