# Considerations for Objects to Always Search

Keep some considerations in mind when defining objects to always search for a user profile in global search.

### Required Editions

- When you remove an object from the list, it can still show in the search results based on the objects Einstein determines to show.
- Einstein Search orders the search results, which you can’t change. Other factors can also influence a result’s relevance. See [How Search Results Are Ordered](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=ai.search_relevancy.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
- Choosing objects for a user’s profile doesn’t guarantee that they’re included in the search results. Org and user permissions can prevent the selected objects from being included. For example, you include contacts as an object to always search for Sales users, but if Sales users don’t have permissions to see contacts, Einstein Search doesn’t return contacts in the results.
- The objects that you choose don’t affect search layouts and search filters.
