# Work Faster and Smarter with Einstein Search

Einstein Search is personal, natural, and actionable. Einstein Search gives you the power to find information faster so that you can work more effectively. You can act quickly with search results that are more actionable and tailored to how you work in Salesforce.

Einstein Search offers:

- Personalized search results: Users see personalized search results based on their user profiles and how they interact with records in Salesforce. They’re not required to provide any data to make it work. Personalization starts offering better results immediately when a user interacts with more records.
- Natural language search: When users type common phrases such as my open opportunities or cases closed last week, natural language search turns these terms into custom-filtered lists.
- Actionable instant and recommended results: Start typing in the global search bar and see results with record previews, action buttons, quick links, and suggested searches. Users can act on these results to get to the right data quickly. When Einstein Search is confident that it found the exact match, it shows a recommended result that includes a preview of the record.

Search in Salesforce Classic is available but without the benefits of Einstein Search. You can also build your own customer search implementation using our [Search APIs](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.soql_sosl.meta/soql_sosl/sforce_api_calls_soql_sosl_intro.htm).
