# Search Analytics Considerations

Keep a few considerations in mind when using Search Analytics.

- To use Search Analytics, you need a Data Cloud license and Data Cloud credits.
- To access the Search Analytics Dashboard and the User Insights Dashboard, you need CRM Analytics.
- After an event happens, it takes 24 to 48 hours for data to update in Search Analytics.
- After you enable Data Cloud, it takes 2 to 4 hours for data to be ingested into Data Cloud.
- By default, Search Analytics calculated insights (CIs) are processed once every 24 hours. This means that in the Search Analytics dashboards, charts based on the CIs are updated every 24 hours. To change the CI schedule, see [Schedule a Calculated Insight in Data Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_schedule_a_calculated_insight_in_data_cloud.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
- If you disable Search Analytics, new data isn’t sent to the Search Analytics data model objects (DMOs) and dashboards. DMOs and dashboards aren’t deleted automatically. You can delete them manually.
- Search Analytics dashboards and CIs aren’t available in Data Cloud One companion orgs. Users can create dashboards using the Search Analytics DMOs in the Data Cloud One app.
