To access advanced search from the global search bar:
- Next to the search bar, select Knowledge from the dropdown
list.
- Next to the search bar, select Filters.
- Select from the available filters and apply your changes.
The filters that you select are applied to article suggestions in instant results but not
to list views.
- Enter your search terms and start seeing results.
