Use Template References to identify where a prompt template is used and safely remove those dependencies before making changes.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Prompt Builder, and then select Prompt Builder.
- In the Prompt Templates list view, locate the template that you want to review.
- Click the actions menu, and then select Delete Template.
- Review the references modal to see all the components that use the template.
- Return to Prompt Builder, and then repeat the steps to open the Delete Template modal.
- Verify that no references appear.
- Delete the template version, or update the template as needed.
