# Connecting Data Libraries to Agents

After you create a data library, assign it to your agent to ground responses with trusted data.

### Required Editions

To use Agentforce Data Libraries, you must have Data 360 [set up](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_setup_provision.htm&language=en_US&type=5). Data libraries consume Data 360 credits.

Use the Answer Questions with Knowledge action to connect your agent to a data library. This action uses a prompt template to deliver structured, citation-rich responses grounded in your indexed content.
