Considerations
- Appointments are listed for a verified user.
- Verified users can only view their own service appointments with status "None" or
"Scheduled".
- The appointment subagent that’s entered is matched exactly with the subagent marked on the
appointment.
- For contacts, service appointments with the same contact ID are displayed.
- The scheduled start time of the appointments is shown in the time zone of the service
territory.
- For each appointment, the status, service territory, work type, and scheduled start time are
displayed.
