Considerations
- This agent action retrieves record details scoped to what's visible on the record's page
layout and what the running user has permission to see.
- Returns data from up to 6 related lists on the page layout, and up to 5 records from
each related list.
- Includes the next 5 upcoming tasks and events associated with the record.
- Includes the 5 most recent emails associated with the record.
- If the running user doesn't have access to a field, related list, or record, that data
is excluded from the results.
- If a record has more related items than these limits allow (for example, more than 5
open cases), the agent action may reference only a subset, not the complete list.
- Because results depend on the record's page layout, the same object can return
different related lists for different users or profiles if page layouts vary.
