Identifies accounts with declining year-over-year revenue for a specific store. Use this action to monitor account health and proactively reach out to at-risk customers by tracking revenue trends, order frequency, and average order value, helping you protect revenue and strengthen customer relationships before accounts churn. This action requires Salesforce Data Cloud.
